All files on my iPhone are missing

I opened Adobe reader on my IPhone today, and all my saved .pdf files have gone (stored on this phone) I just have one adobe 'welcome' document.

can I recover my files in some way?

Thanks for reporting the issue. We apologize for the inconvinience.

 

  1. Could you please confirm how did you access these documents earlier from the app?
  2.  Are you signed in to Document Cloud?
  3. Did you uninstall the app and install again lately?
  4.  If you are looking to access the Files app, please choose the "Browse more files" option in the Locations tab.

Kindly check if you have used the correct email to sign in to the Reader app that you have used to save the files, earlier.

Yes, correct email address is being used, still no files

You have to sign in with the same email to check for the files on the above link.
