All my documents disappeared

My pdfs on the cloud have suddenly disappeared in the cloud storage after the update or perhaps the migration, which is super annoying...

Has anyone else encountered this? What is going wrong?

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with Acrobat Reader Mobile.

 

Would you mind sharing a few more pieces of information for further investigation:

1. The App version of Acrobat you are using (go to Profile-> About Adobe Acrobat);

2. The Android/iOS and its version you are using;

3. A screen recording of the issue for better understanding.

Thank you for replying me!

My current acrobat version is 23.06.01 (20230712.122955) running on iPadOS 16.5.1 (20F75).

A screenshot is attached below. Actually, it does not seem to be only the problem of Acrobat but the storage of my account. When I log in the Cloud document webpage through whatever browsers, the online files do not show up either.

Those files stored in your Document cloud mean a lot to me so please hopefully you still be able to retrieve them for me. That would be very much appreciated!
