All my files have been deleted automatically

Hello on my adobe acrobat app all my files have been deleted that i have saved as pdf I don't know why, i went to look for a file when i went into the folder i saw that everything had been deleted that i had saved.

1. Have you checked the different accounts you might have used with the application(Sign in with Adobe versus social sign-in)?
2. Which platform do you experience the issue with? Adobe Acrobat Mobile, Adobe Scan and Acrobat online. Please login to Acrobat Online (https://adobe.ly/3UZz3Pf) using the same login credentials as in the app and confirm whether your files are visible in Acrobat online under the Documents section.
3. Are all the files missing, or only some files?
4. When did the issue start? Any details about any actions taken then?
5. The app build version, device model, and OS version.

Also share a small video recording of the steps and the issue occurring (when you play the video, its coming blur) for more clarity

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with Acrobat Reader Mobile.

Were the files saved on Acrobat Cloud? Acrobat Reader Mobile does not have the option to save any files within the application.

Also, please log in to https://acrobat.adobe.com/link/documents/ and let us know if the files are available.
