All text disappears from Android + Iphone using Acrobat Reader

Hi

When viewing some pdf's all text disappears, only images and vector objects remain, when viewed a PC (with Acrobat) or a

third party viewer on Andriod it displays correctly.

All fonts are embedded so that shouldn't be a problem and preflight gives all green when checking for pdf syntax errors.

Both screenshots are from the same pdf/device, one is opened with Acrobat and the other Google's

Any ideas as to why this happens?

Hi I'm using version 17.1 release 168025 on a andoid version 7.

I've had customers report in that they have the same problem using IOS.

I've sent a pdf to the specied address.

Acrobat Reader app version:

To check the version, launch Reader>tap 3 vertical dots in the top right corner of the screen>Help

Tap three vertical dots again and select About Adobe Acrobat

Android OS installed on the device?
