I have current subscription to Acrobat Premium but system won't let me use any features until I sign up again. Help I don't want to pay twice

    I'm g he abibgvtre exact sane issue. I deleted the app thinking if I redownloaded it will help but no luck. I'm paying for an app I cannot even use. I really need it for my business. I contacted everyone no resolution to date.
