Question

Am I the only one to experience difficulties using this App ? Takes half a day just to Upload a single page doc & exported pdf all distorted and unusable by receiver!

Very Slow process & distorted pdfs

    We are having to wait 15 ish seconds just to open a file on all devices. 10 seconds to rename one. This doesnt seem like a lot but when staff are doing 30+ a time its slowing them down. I have tried turning off liquid mode, off loading and re installing the app. Closing down all other apps. Nothing improves it.

    Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out. We are sorry for the trouble you are experiencing. 

     

    We need more information for a better understanding:

    1. Is this an issue with a particular PDF file or with all the PDFs that you try to open? Try with a different file and check?
    2. Is the file located on the web or storred locally on your device? Try to download the file to your device and save it locally and see if that helps.
    3. What is the version of the Acrobat Mobile App and the OS you are using? Tap on the profile icon > About Acrobat and try updating the app to the latest version available on the App/Play Store and reboot the device once.

    As you have tried most of the troubleshooting steps with no luck, please share a small video recording of the steps you are taking and the issue as it occurs for further investigation.
