AMOUNT DEDUCTED BEFORE FREE TRIAL PERIOD ENDS

Hi.

I installed your app on my iPhone via the Apple app store. I went to the premium section and there are two options: "monthly subscription" and "sign up for a 7-day free trial followed by an annual subscription".

I chose the free trial with an annual subscription.

Instead of money deducted after the 7 days of free trial, my debit card was charged right away and the amount was 6000. Moreover, my money was deducted and I immediately cancelled the trial plan. After waiting for a few days I hadn't received my refund and even the plan itself wasn't activated.

This is incredibly misleading and fraudulent.

I demand you refund the amount on my card right away and at least activate my subscription so that I can cancel my subscription.

You posted to the orphaned Acrobat Reader Mobile (beta) forum, which only has two announcements from staff. All other posts are misplaced or spam. I'm a volunteer and cannot comply with your demands to refund your money or activate your subscription, as I am not privy to that information.

When you purchase through the App Store, all cancellations and billing issues are done directly with Apple, not with Adobe.

See cancellation details here:

Also read the sections here on "Cancel a subscription" and "Cancellation fee and refunds"

https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobat/ios/en/managingsubscriptions.html

There is a link to request a refund from Apple on that page. Here it is directly so you don't have to search:

Please let us know how it goes!
