Amount has deducted even after cancellations of subscription.

I took a trial pack of seven days. I have cancelled the subscription before seven days but my card was charged rs 2600 even after cancelling of the subscription. Pleas help me in the matter. My Google account is pathakh609@gmail.com

Hi @Hemant27203181j2d8 @Suzanne27203388aai2,

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with Acrobat Reader Mobile.

This situation can happen mainly when you have exhausted the free trial earlier.

If that is not the case, you might need to connect to the Store for a refund process.

You can contact the Store from the below links as per the platform:

iOS: Manage subscriptions — Acrobat for iOS Help (adobe.com)

Android: Subscription Services — Acrobat for Android Help (adobe.com)

Hope this helps.

This has happened to me too, except in my case, when I attempted the 7 day free trial my payment failed. It has now charged my card for a yearly subscription!
