Amount Kept on dedcuting from my account -

Everymonth my account balance got deducted for Rs 564. This is current month transaction. I do not any active subscription from last 6 month. Why this is happening. I need a resolution

 

This month transaciton is - VISA trxn VIN/Adobe /202605131443/613301042250//TCS
