Amount to be refunded

Did you make a purchase for Acrobat Premium subscription? We have not been able to locate the subscription under your account. So, there could be a possibility that the subscription was purchased under a different email id.

Please share any other email which you might have used or the proof of purchase with screenshot, via private message.
