An Unknowingly cocluded contract

I once read a pdf letter from a friend on October 15th. However, it wasn't until I got my card statement in November that I was embarrassed to find out that I had purchased Adobe without even realizing it. So I asked Adobe for a refund, but I only get a mechanical answer. 

What should I do in this case?

I have raised this to our billing team internally; once your plan is canceled, you will be notified by email. Depending on your bank's policy, the refund will take 10-14 business days to reflect in your account.
