You need to check the Scanner app's settings to disable the sync feature. This will stop the automatic upload of files.

This looks like an issue with the sync feature on Oken Scanner. Have you checked if the file upload or sync is disabled on the application? This can be a reason why the files are automatically uploaded to the app's cloud storage.

If this is not the case, please share a screen recording of the event for a better understanding and assistance.
