Hi Raymond_yscheng,

Does this ask for the password every-time you try to access the "Document Cloud" storage?

The app shouldn't ask for the "Sign In" once you have already signed in at the first launch.

If it does, then you may check when you sign in to the document cloud is there any dialog box asking you to keep you signed in?

If not, then you may try uninstalling and reinstalling the app once.

Note: uninstalling the app will remove the local files.
