Android, cant add dates to form

I just paid for this subscription for adobe acrobat and yesterday everything was working fine and i am trying to fill another form out which allows me to bring up calendar but when i press ok on the date i chose. The app crashes

As mentioned that the app crashed while filling out a form. Kindly confirm a few more details to understand the issue better?

1. Application version?

2. Android version?

3. Did you try it with any other form too, is it doing the same?

 Make sure that the app is up to date.
