Android sign in to cloud issue

Question

Hello, I have been trying to sign in to my adobe cloud on my samsung galaxy note without sucess. The cloud works on my win pc and I can also access via browser on my tablet, but whenever I try to sign in wih either a google account or any account on the Adobe Reader app nothing happens or it returns the error of "please try later".

Anyone experiencing the same issue? I am on android 5.0

Hi,Looks like your Galaxy store isn’t up and running. Request you to try clearing Galaxy store data by following stepsOn your phone, Long press on galaxy store/ Samsung store icon à Go to App info à Storage à Clear dataReopen Galaxy store. After all these steps, please try from Acrobat android app and let us know if the problem still persists.Hope this helps .ThanksAcrobat Android Team
