I HAVE PURCHASED ADOBE ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTION ON 12TH JAN 2024 BUT TILL MY MOBILE IS SHOWING FREE USER 

SO PLEASE ACTIVATE THE ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTION AS SOON AS POSSIBLE

We cannot track the subscription at our end, causing this issue with Acrobat recognizing you as a free user.

I have shared this with the product team to investigate.
