Bonjour après une période d'essai gratuite suite à un besoin de convertir un document en pdf je me vois tous les mois prélevé de presque 20€ alors qu'au final je n'ai plus besoin de l'application. Je n'arrive malheureusement pas à me désabonner il m'est impossible de le faire je n'ai aucune possibilité à moins qu'il y ai un vice cacher ou une manipulation à connaître en tout cas j'ai tout essayer et ma banque ne veux pas me l'annuler. Je me vois donc contrainte tous les mois de payer cette somme. Que pourrais je faire afin de remédier à ce problème svp si vous avez des astuces je suis preneuse vraiment du fond du coeur. Merci d'avance à tous et très belle journée
