Annulation essai gratuit

Bonjour,

 

Je souhaite annuler l’essai gratuit.

Il est indiqué que cela peut être effectué à tout moment en cliquant sur “gérer la formule”.

Or, cela n’est pas possible (message “vous pourrez bientôt gérer cette formule”).

Je ne souhaite ni l’abonnement ni être facturée.

Merci de m’indiquer comment procéder ?
