Another Adobe iPadOS issue…

Hello I have yet another issue, the they seem to update there issues they seem to cause..

when filling in forms, drop down menus just stop working... no Reasoning. You can do a page and its ok, then start a new form and halfway through it just stops working...

 

Acrobat 24.12.02 (20241210.160339) (iPadOS - IOS)

IOS version 18.2 and also 18.1

Thank you for your msg. It happens to any pdf form with a drop down menu. It doesn't happen all the time. I can do 4 forms, and all ok, then I do 1 and it happens. I have tried re starting the app, or even the iPad but it still happens. 

It maybe a memory leak which is causing this, just a thought.

Thanks for the information, as you have the latest version of the app, please try to reboot the device once and see if that helps. You may also try to clear the cache memory on your device and check.
