any pdf cannot open on android

Could you please confirm whether the PDFs you are trying to open are stored online (e.g., in a cloud service) or locally on your device's memory? I recommend saving the document locally to your device and then trying to open it with the Acrobat Reader mobile app to see if this resolves the issue.

1. Go to your device’s Settings.
2. Tap About Phone > Build Number.

4. Go back to Settings.
