I've never EVER started a subscription for Adobe anything and I just had the notifications of them charging me, but not receiving $75.76...REALLY!?!? I keep my subscriptions in check bc I'm not one that can afford to just oops i forgot to pay $75 for something i never really use!!!

As described you haven’t subscribed for the Adobe products and still being charged for them, please check the steps shared in the help page https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/kb/unknown-charge-on-bill.html and see if that helps.
You may also contact your bank for further action.
