Anyone who can help with my refund

Question

I have been since Oct 5 trying to get a refund for my account. And i have had nothing but the run around. Samsung says i should be requesting the refund from your company i have emailed them 5 times and they only keep referring me to Acrobat Adobe. Please if someone can kindly help me. I would really appreciate it. Thank you, Priscilla  Original msg: I had tried a subscription trial for Acrobat Adobe Reader and when i went to cancel I could not find an account. That being the case i though it would not be charged to my Bank but it did. Customer service helped me find it and Cancel it but I would like to request a refund.  Please help. Thank you kindly

Sorry for the delay. A refund depends on when you cancel and the type of subscription you purchased. For most plans, you get a full refund if you cancel within 14 days of your initial purchase. Learn if you get a refund when you cancel.

Adobe does not issue refunds for purchases made directly through app stores. For refund or billing requests, refer to:

For Android.

Google manages the Acrobat Reader premium subscription purchased from Google Play Store. You can cancel your subscription using the Google Play Store app on your Android devices.
