App configuration between PC and iPhone

Non riesco a configurare l’app del pc in Windows con l’app sul mio iPhone XS Max  Inserendo le stesse credenziali che metto nel pc non mi fa entrare e nell’applicazione così da vedere i miei file

Hi Antoniot,

As you have mentioned above, you are not able to sign in to the Adobe Acrobat Reader mobile application on your iPhone with the same email address that you use for desktop application.

Please make sure that you are entering the Adobe ID and the password correctly.

Do you get any error message when you try to sign in to the application?

If yes, please share the exact error message you get.

Also, try once to open this link Adobe Account and sign in with the same credentials. Check if you can sign in without any issue.
