App doesn't open on Ipad

After this weekend atualization, the app doesn't open on my Ipad. After tapping the icon on the screen, it simply try to open, but it closes instantly. Anyone with this problem?

My iPad is stuck on loading documents and nothing has been working, any ideas? (I have a iPad Pro,iPadOS .16.7.10) please and thank you

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with viewing files on Acrobat.

 

If you are still looking for a solution, we released updates to the application, which has significant stability and performance improvements.

 

Please update the app to the latest version per AppStore and let us know if the issue is fixed for you.

Also, I suggest installing updates to your iPadOS (if available) for a better experience.

Hello, we believe this problem occurs on iOS 12.0 and 12.1. We are working on a fix but in the interim you can update to a newer version of iOS to fix it. We are sorry!
