App Features Not Functioning Properly

Question

I am writing to report some issues I’ve experienced while using your app. Despite enabling the feature that suggests previously used words, it does not seem to function as expected. Additionally, after pressing “Done” on a document, the app does not provide an option to send or share a copy of the document.

These issues are affecting my ability to use the app efficiently, and I would appreciate it if your team could look into them or provide guidance on how to resolve the problem.

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for the trouble with using Acrobat Reader Mobile.

When you mention "does not seem to function as expected," could you please provide more information about the issue?

Do you not see the suggestions, or is it something that used to work for you previously but no longer does?

Additionally, for the "pressing done" feature, if the button is configured as a submit button through the Prepare Form tool, it will function correctly in the Reader Mobile application.

If the form is created using a different application that applies JavaScript to the file, it's not supported on the mobile version of Acrobat.
