App not allowing me to create PDF

I have checked your Adobe account linked with the Adobe ID you are using on this community and found that you have Acrobat premium plan. Could you please share:

1. Which device and operating system are you using (Android, iPhone or iPad), and which app version is installed?

2. What content are you trying to convert (for example, a web page, copied text, photos, or a document), and where is it coming from?

3. What steps do you follow when you try to create the PDF, and what happens at the end? If an error message appears, please tell us exactly what it says.

4. Does it happen with every file or content you try, or only with this particular one?

A screenshot or a short screen recording would help, as long as it does not show personal information.

Once we have these details, we can look into it further and share the troubleshooting steps.
