I'm trying to sign into the app. And it's not recognizing that I have a premium account

Has been doing this to me for a year. Second time I've complained. Used to just have to remind it I had a subscription. Now it just sits and spins. Tired of paying for an app that never works. Says I'm subscribed but won't allow me to use any features.

I understand that you are unable to use the premium features of the application. Apologies for the inconvenience caused.

 

Just so that we can check, can you please share a screenshot of the profile page once you sign in?

 

Also while you share the screenshots, please try the below steps once:

1. Logout of the application

2. Restart the device

3. Login to the application using the same e-mail address that you have the subscription with Adobe.

Having the same problem...it's been like that for over a week. It doesn't let me edit. I press on the txt and the whole page is selected and only gives me the option to delete the entire page.
