App not showing microsoft login

The Acrobat Reader app on my Ipad isn't showing the Microsoft login option (see screen grab). I was able to login on the browser and reader's included in my plan. I downloaded Adobe Express to see if it's a general issue, but it's showing the Microsoft login so it seems to be just Acrobat. Help would be appreciated.

@fantastic_creation9186 Are you sure? On my iPad, I only have the 4, Apple , Google, Facebook and Adobe. Once you sign into Adobe account, you should be able to see your Microsoft files after you also log into your Microsoft account
