APP NOT UPDATING MY PURCHASE

Dear sir ma'am

I have purchased premium subscription but in app showing not subscribe. Please help me in to this, I have to do urgent work

I hope you are doing well. I am sorry for the trouble. 

 

Can you check with the email address that you are signed in with? Is it the same one to which you have a subscription?

 

I checked with your email address, registered here in the community, and could not find an active subscription.

 

Also, please check if you can use the tools on the online portal using the same credentials: https://acrobat.adobe.com/.

 

If yes, try restoring the purchase from within the application. You may refer to the link to learn more about restoring the subscription: Subscription Services — Acrobat for Android Help.

 

Would you mind sharing the screenshots of the subscription page from your PlayStore and the Acrobat Reader Mobile profile page for us to understand better?
