App shuts down on iPad

Dear users! I am struggling with this app for almost a month, and the help topics are hard to understand for a non-IT person.

I am using Apple IPad Pro M4 and Adobe Acrobat app shuts down on its own the moment I try to use it. I have tried re-installing it, it didn't help.

I read about cleaner app steps but couldn't find the right file to use on Mac. 

 

Please help, appreciate it!
