App won’t open

I have Adobe Acrobat on my iPad and recently when I go to open the app it sits to load then kicks me back to my home page.

I hope you are doing well. I am sorry for your experience with Acrobat Reader Mobile.

 

Would you mind sharing some information with us: 

1. The application version of Acrobat Reader Mobile;

2. The version of iOS you are using;

3. A screen recording of the event happening for better understanding.

 

While you share this information, try the below steps once:

1. Go to the Settings application of your device;

2. Go to general-> Storage-> Acrobat Reader;

3. Click on offload and then continue.

 

Once done, try opening the application again and check if it works.

Thanks for your reply. The Acrobat version is 22.06.00. The iOS version is 15.6. When I try to open the app it sits at this screen for about 20 seconds and then switches back to my Home Screen.
