Apple Adobe to Computer Adobe

I got Adobe for the iPhone thinking that the same account could be accessed on the computer. I paid for the yearly subscription which is $47 about 2 months ago, so I just tried to connect it to my laptop thinking I can edit documents there. I see now that I can't. Is it possible to cancel that subscription and get a refund for the time remaining so that I can get it on my laptop instead of having to pay $40 again?

Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble. As described you want to cancel the current plan so that you can get a new one to edit the PDFs on your laptop.

 

Please check out the steps shared in the help page https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/change-plan.html to change the Adobe Subscription/plan and see if that works for you.
