Application hangs

 Application hangs & does not load the contents properly as shown in the picture. It has been the issue over the last few months. I updated the app, deleted & reinstalled it but to no avail.

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with Acrobat Reader Mobile.

 

Do you experience this issue with every other file you try to open or with a single file? If with a single file, would you mind sharing the file with us to reproduce the issue at our end?

Also, you might want to clear cache files for Acrobat from your device's settings app to free up the application.

I've been experiencing this issue with every 30mb plus hyperlinked files
