Arabic problem

As I want to learn the meaning of both of a word in Arabic in the text of PDF, there is no language support. How can I translate it Arabic words on PDF please help.

    اكروبات لايدعم حالياً عملية تحويل بي دي اف بمحتوى عربي الى اي نمط آخر. باستطاعتك التجربة ولكن في افضل الظروف لن تحصل على عملية تحويل ناجحة تتجاوز نسبة نجاحها العشرون بالمئة للأسف
