Question

Archivo dañado en acrobat

Hoy en la mañana guarde un subrayado sobre el PDF en la tablet y luego más tarde intento habrirlo desde el celular y me envió ese error, ahora necesito que sutedes lo recuperen es un PDF muy largo y está todo subrayado, lo necesito para la facultad.

    Would you mind sharing a few pieces of information for further investigation:

    1. The app version of Acrobat Reader Mobile (go to Profile-> About Acrobat);

    2. A screen recording of the workflow you are following;

    3. A sample file where you experience the issue;

    4.  The Android version of your device.

    Ahora me ocurre que puedo entrar al archivo desde la compu y la tablet, pero desde el celular me tira ese error. Van a poder caminar esto? Porque sino me voy a tener que cambiar de aplicación por más que no quiera.

    If you can view the file from the computer and the tablet, but not from the phone, there is obviously a problem with your phone's viewer. Mobile devices are not necessarily able to display all PDF files.
