Why is there no simple user guide for your product? You have all these layers of convoluted AI; I dont need or want that. I want to learn about the features and how to use them. All this emphasis on signing in, I already signed in.

In the olden days when apps were called programs, there was a 'Help' button on your toolbar. You clicked it and BAM it took you to a searchable user guide that would walk you through the various features. Now if you can actually find where the 'help' button is in one of your apps there is a link to your payment or account info and a couple other options that have nothing to do with helping the user to use the app  -whats up with that?
