When you refer to sharing files without the link, are you using the share feature from Acrobat?

If yes, have you tried using the button "Share a Copy?" This should attach a copy of the file as an attachment rather than an Acrobat Cloud Storage Link.

If this is not what you see, please share a screen recording of the entire steps you are following, along with the App version number (go to Home > Profile > About Acrobat) for further investigation.
