I have premium package but I still cannot request e-signature. Why?

Would you mind sharing certain information:

1. The application version of Acrobat Reader Mobile you are using;

2. The operating system you are using [Android/iOS] and its version;

3. A screen recording of the workflow you are following for better understanding;

4. If the issue is with a specific file, please share the file with us for further investigation.
