Assinatura digital

Recebi um documento com uma assinatura digital, mas não consigo vê-la se abro o arquivo no smartphone, se abro o mesmo arquivo no PC a assinatura aparece no documento. Qual o fenômeno e como posso resolver?

    The feature to validate digital signatures is only available on the desktop version of the application, so you cannot see the digital signature.
