Assinei o período gratuito e me cobraram

Fiz a assinatura do plano gratuito para assinar apenas 1 documento e pensando que receberia 7 dias grátis me foi cobrado no momento da aquisição. Solicito o cancelamento do valor cobrado pois não era isso que os 7 dias gratuitos insinuavam

Aconteceu o mesmo comigo, eu vou continuar a assinatura, mas assinei com 30 dias gratuítos e cobraram, mesmo tendo a mensagem de que não cobrariam nada até o final do período gratuíto.  =/

Também assinei por 7 dias grátis e mesmo assim veio a cobrança no meu cartão. Como fazer para reverter a cobrança?

aconteceu o mesmo comigo, fiz a assinatura de 1 mês grátis e na mesma hora veio a fatura no meu cartão, sendo que era 1 mes gratis, fiz o cancelamento e mesmo assim veio e ainda duplicou o valor de 86 para 124 reais e não consigo falar com eles para pedir o reembolso.

Também fiz a assinatura do plano gratuito pensando que receberia 7 dias grátis e fui cobrada no momento da aquisição. Realizei o cancelamento, mas não há informação alguma sobre o valor que me foi cobrado
