J'ai souscrit, ça marche parfaitement , mais j'ai un fichier avec lequel ça passe pas 

J'ai ressayer plusieurs fois, sans succès

C'est les autres pdf passaient, maintenant on me demande, chaque fois de me réabonner, pourtant c'est déjà fait, j'arrive pas à utiliser
