2. When the message appears, for example, when the app starts or when you open a PDF, and whether it happens with every PDF or only one.

3. Where the PDF files are stored (for example, on your device, in an email attachment or in cloud storage), and a screenshot of the message (without personal information).

4. Whether anything changed shortly before it started, such as an app update or an OS update.
