Authorisation for regular transactions

My monthly subscription of Rs.2394.22 for adobe through Citibank has been declined due to RBI guidelines for authorisation by merchant. Kindly advise how the same can be done and also advise how this month's subscription can be paid.

Kindly confirm what OS you are on, is it Android or iOS, accordingly you need to contact the Google play store (for Android) and App store (for iOS). Because the purchase and cancellation can be only managed by stores only.
