Auto subscription cancellation got failed.

It seems nobody actually wants to refund you for an auto subscription that i thought that i cancelled and i still got charged for it. If i talk with google they send me to you guys and you guys send me to them. In the end everyone is avoiding to solve the issue to get an refund for an product that i never used even if on your website shows you will be refunded within 14 days.
