Auto-suggestions blinking

Hello 

I am having problems with auto-suggestions after updating to Android 10. So that is already for about a year.

When I am typing a text auto-suggest bar just blinks with every typed letter. So I type, it blinks and dissapears. I can't choose anything, and only when I am done with typing (whole phrase is typed) then I see same in auto-suggestions bar.

This happens almost always with numerical inputs, and very often with words.

Please help me!
