Hi @Liz24375434f9gq

You posted to Acrobat Reader Mobile (beta). Are you using the Beta version of Acrobat Reader for Mobile? We can move your post to the proper forum.

Hello Liz,

Hope you are doing well. As per the above description, I understand that you want to disable auto-update of Adobe Reader mobile on your device.

Basis the operating system that you use [ Android / iOS ] please check the below steps:

For Android:

  1. Open the Google Play Store app .
  2. At the top right, tap the profile icon.
  3. Tap Manage apps & device.
  4. Tap Manage, then find the app you want to update automatically (to stop the auto-update of an app).
  5. To open the app's "Details" page, tap the app.
  6. On the app's "Details" page, tap More .
  7. Turn off Enable auto-update.

For more details, please click the below link: How to update the Play Store & apps on Android - Google Play Help

For iOS:

  1. Open up the Settings app.
  2. Tap on App and iTunes Stores.
  3. Under the section titled Automatic Downloads, you’ll see an item called Updates.
  4. Tap on the toggle switch to turn it off
