I cannot download pdf files sent through Messenger nor send pdf files directly from a Google document. What do I need to do. The problem seems to come from Adobe. This is only occuring with my Samsung Galaxy phone S14

I have verified the autorisations in the app parameters but I can't modify or add anything.

I hope you are doing well. I'm sorry for the trouble you are experiencing while sending and downloading the PDF files.

 

Would you mind sharing more details about the issue you are experiencing? Do you get any error message while downloading and sharing the PDFs? If so, please share a screenshot of the same for better understanding. Also, a small video recording of the steps you are taking and the issue as it occurs would be very helpful for further isolating it for the fix.

 

Also, check the version of the Acrobat App you are using. Tap on the profile icon > About Acrobat, try updating the app to the latest version available on the Play Store, reboot the application, and see if that helps.
