Hi there
Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out.
Yes, it’s possible to access your highlighted PDFs across both mobile and desktop — as long as your file is saved to Adobe Cloud Storage (Document Cloud). Here’s how it works:
1. Save your file to the cloud:
- After highlighting in the Acrobat mobile app, tap the three dots (⋯) and choose Save to Adobe Cloud Storage (if it isn’t already).
- Files saved locally on your iPad won’t sync automatically.
2. Sync your highlights:
- Once your file is stored in the cloud, Acrobat automatically syncs your highlights and annotations.
- Ensure you’re signed in with the same Adobe ID on both your iPad and desktop.
3. Access from desktop:
- Open Adobe Acrobat (desktop) or visit https://adobe.ly/470wqSI
