Hope you are doing well. Per the description, you want to use the Premium subscription on PC.

 

Acrobat Premium is a mobile-based subscription that cannot be used for editing on desktops. To do so, you must upgrade to the Acrobat Pro DC or Acrobat Standard DC subscriptions, which can also be used on your mobile device.
