    Hope you are doing well. Per the description, you are not able to view your documents.

     

    The owner of the file creates the passwords of a document. If you do not have the password, we do not have anything else to support your case here to save the encryption of the file.

     

    If you do not have or remember the password, you might need to contact the file owner to get the password.
